Have you been ordinarily resident in the UK or British Overseas Territories or Crown Dependencies, or an EU or EEA country for at least the last three years on the first day of learning?

At the college we support many students who need additional support with reading or writing, learning difficulties, disabilities or other difficulties. Please complete the section below to identify any areas you may require support with. Please be aware that one of our specialist support staff may contact you to further discuss your requirements. If you are aware of a support need and do not declare it, this may affect us being able to provide the necessary support for you on your course.

Criminal Convictions

Do you have any unspent criminal convictions, any outstanding court proceedings, or are you on any offenders register?

If you declare that you have a conviction, you will be contacted for further information. This information will help us assess any potential risks to yourself or others at college. Having a criminal record will not necessarily prevent you studying at college but will depend on the nature of the course and the circumstances of the offence. If you do not disclose a conviction then this can result in disciplinary action or being asked to leave the college

We are collecting information from all applicants in order to help the college to plan its delivery of learning to better meet the needs of learners. Please consider the main reason why you are undertaking your learning course, and choose only one of the following reasons: *
